The living room features comfortable seating where you can relax and enjoy your favorite shows on the smart TV, all while staying connected with high-speed WiFi. The adjoining balcony provides a tranquil space with outdoor seating, perfect for sipping morning coffee or enjoying the evening air.

The bedroom is designed for restful nights, featuring a double bed with fresh linens and ample storage to keep the space clutter-free. Adjacent to the bedroom, the bathroom offers a full-size bath and convenient amenities such as a hairdryer, making it easy to unwind.

The kitchen is well-equipped with all essential cookware, utensils,making meal preparation and cleanup effortless. For added convenience, a washer is also available, allowing you to pack light and keep your wardrobe fresh throughout your stay.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

A charming apartment just steps from Machico Beach and the lively seaside promenade. Enjoy easy access to local cafés, restaurants, and scenic coastal walks, making it a perfect base for exploring Madeira’s east coast and relaxing by the sea.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.


Madeira airport is an 3-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
