"As last stay on our China trip we booked this hotel with the purpose to relax and at the same time experience Hong Kongs attractions.
We find this hotel big and stressfull without any heart. There is a pool with limited space for guests and the spa was permanently closed.
The entrance for the metro is through the hectic mall and so is the exit is you go for a walk.
The view from the room was disappointing.
The rooms was always clean and the airconditioning was great."

"Huge disappointment- can really not recommend staying there at the moment. Currently NOT a five star hotel. They shouldn’t have opened up before they were finished. Pool not open, restaurant open only for breakfast. Very inattentive staff NOT what you expect if a 5 star hotel. . No key card needed to enter the different floors. Night manager sleeping upon check out spent 10 minutes waking him up…."
