Pool not open, restaurant open only for breakfast. Very inattentive staff NOT what you expect if a 5 star hotel. . No key card needed to enter the different floors. Night manager sleeping upon check out spent 10 minutes waking him up…."

My husband and I had a beautiful and comfortable room with a balcony and a sea view, which was lovely! We loved the balcony and the refilled water filter (very sustainable!).
Our kids had the room with no balcony. Their bed was very hard but the hotel added a top duvet/thin mattress on top to make it more comfortable.
Hotel location was great too, walking distance to Sai Kung village, the beach, kayak rental and outline island...

Værelset var, efter Hong Kong standard, et pænt stort værelse med alle forventelige faciliteter. Derudover var der Executive Club Lounge med et udmærket morgen-madstilbud samt fri afternoon cocktails. Da vi, ifm. et uheld, havde brug for at låne en kørestol, var servicen fra hotellet igen i top.
