"Its a beautiful hotel and the both the pool and the beach are wonderful. The staff is friendly and helpful and also the housekeeping staff provide outstanding service. The food is amazing and by far the best I’ve had in all of Tunisia. This hotel is perfect for families as well as for couples.
There is only one downside and that is that the town of Korba doesn’t have better shopping possibilities, it would be great if the hotel made small shopping tours one could book to Nabeul or Hammamet,...

"This property didn’t have any heat, we were graciously moved to another villa that had heaters. But after 6 nights, only one night was with hot water and heat. We were constantly fixing the water heater but never enough to heat the villa or take a bath. The manager was very respectful and tried to accommodate, brought portable heaters, but the water heater just wasn’t having it. He even offered to send us to the hotel, but the villa was gorgeous and accommodating for family in and out all day....
