"My family and I enjoyed the location of this hotel; it’s located near the Mall of America and not far from downtown. The room was also exceptionally clean and spacious. The staff was kind and gave us extra sheets for the sofa bed. My family also loved the breakfast, which was phenomenal! In fact, between the four of us, we have agreed that it was the best breakfast we have ever had at a hotel. Definitely recommended!"

"They have an indoor pool and hot tub but was under maintenance when I stayed. Didn’t mention that on the website for booking so my toddler wasn’t able to swim like she anticipated. Rooms were clean and bed very comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful."

"Staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. Breakfast offered plenty of options and clean dining area. Kitchens were stocked with majority of the things we needed. Loved the 2 separate bedrooms. Carpet may need some refreshing and dining furniture in the hotel room may need some refreshing. If we visit again, I plan to make this my place of choice every time."

"Diego, who was working the front desk, was amazing... and the best part of our stay. I booked 3 rooms for the weekend - 2 of those rooms had no water to the shower/bathtub the entire weekend. Hotel security was lacking as the front door had to be propped open 24/7 because the 'after hours' card reader was inoperable. This hotel relies on a 40 spot public parking ramp, so it's hit-or-miss if you get a parking spot (which you are charged $30 a night for if you're fortunate enough to get a...
