Renovated French House - 2 bedroom with A/C

Welcome to our charming house located in the idyllic town of Brignais.
Located just 15 minutes' drive from Lyon, our house offers the perfect combination of countryside serenity and easy access to city amenities.

As you step inside, you'll be taken aback by the authentic French decor. The house has been recently renovated to provide modern amenities while preserving its rustic character.

Outside, you'll find a garden and a large terrace.

Perfect place for family with kids.

The living room is furnished with a large dining table, comfortable sofa seating and a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

The fully-equipped kitchen features modern appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, and stove, as well as a dining table that seats four.

The two bedrooms offer comfortable double beds with crisp linens and cozy bedding.

The bathroom features a walk-in shower, bidet, toilet, and sink.

Full access to the main house, upper terrace and front yard. The garage, lower apartment and lower terrace (on the side of the house) are excluded.

I live abroad, but I am always available to answer your questions.

Free parking on premis for one car. Curbside on the opposite side of the street. No parking in front of the gate.
- Quiet time after 9pm
- Please limit noise after 9 p.m.
- No smoking or vaping anywhere in the house. If you smoke outside please throw your cigarette butts in a container before being put in the trash. For any smell of cigarettes or cigarette butts found in the garden or courtyard, a fine of 300 euros will be charged.
- Lost keys will be charged 20 euros.
- Lost gate opener will be charge 50 euros.
- The lower floor and the terrace on the right of the house (with the stone BBQ) is private.
- 1 parking space reserved for you in the courtyard. Please leave room for vehicles on the left, space to exit. My van is rented on Getaround, and I'll let you know if someone needs to pick it up.
- Do not unplug TV, internet and security equipment in the house.
- All locked closets are private.
- Never use wicker chairs other than for sitting. They are fragile and irreplaceable.
- Do not move the exterior furniture on the terrace.
- If you move the green table and chairs, please replace them before your departure.
- Please keep the doors closed if you use air conditioning or heating.
- Please use the black bins for general garbage and the yellow bins for recyclables.
- For stays of more than 5 days, please take out the black bin on Thursday or Monday evening.
