The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, a functional shower room, a dining area with table and chairs, as well as a comfortable living room where there is a convertible sofa size 140 x 200, ideal for resting after a day of exploration.

You will particularly appreciate its practicality, which makes it a pleasant place for your holidays.

Everything you need for a great stay is at your disposal, including a hair dryer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, microwave, oven, and much more. Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

Please note that there is no Wi-Fi in the accommodation.

The apartment enjoys an ideal location. Within a 10-minute walk, you will find bakeries, a Carrefour City, Auchan, a pharmacy, as well as access to metro line B and trams T1 and T2. Less than a 20-minute walk, explore the Tony Garnier Market and the Gerland Stadium.

## Emplacement
The 7th arrondissement, is located between the Rhone (west), Gambetta in the north, the 8th arrondissement in the east and the town of Saint-Fons in the south. It is the widest district of Lyon. It is located on a quite flat area. There is a part of the universities, the international “Cité Scolaire”, the Tony Garnier Hall where there are many shows and concerts, the Parc de Gerland. The Rhone banks offer a very pleasant walk, where cyclists, rollerbladers, joggers and walkers meet themselves by night and day!
