"I had such a bad experience with this place. It was absolutely filthy. Right when we arrived we had to go purchase cleaning supplies just to clean the bathroom and floors. There were so many cockroaches that we had to leave and book a new hotel for the last night. The woman on the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional, and refused to refund our money for the last night even though it was their fault the the room was filled with cockroaches. We will be returning to Texas next march...

"De kunne ikke finde reservationen - havde ikke tjekket hos hotels.com - og havde solgt værelset til anden side. Efter nogen diskussion fik vi dog et værelse. Efter at have ledt om morgenen måtte fittnesrummet afskrives som ikke eksisterende og der var ingen til at hjælpe kl. 7.30 ( det var en onsdag) var der endnu ingen anstalter til morgenmad, så vi tog afsted uden og efterlod bare nøglen, for receptionen var endnu ikke bemandet. We made it to breakfast at 8:30 and nothing was set up! The chairs were on top of the table and we were told, that it was over! The staff has very poor English! We had to try to figure out what they were telling us.
