"De kunne ikke finde reservationen - havde ikke tjekket hos hotels.com - og havde solgt værelset til anden side. Efter nogen diskussion fik vi dog et værelse. Efter at have ledt om morgenen måtte fittnesrummet afskrives som ikke eksisterende og der var ingen til at hjælpe kl. 7.30 ( det var en onsdag) var der endnu ingen anstalter til morgenmad, så vi tog afsted uden og efterlod bare nøglen, for receptionen var endnu ikke bemandet. Kan se på andre anmeldelser at dette forløb er normalt og at vi...

"We stay in places like this all the time. If we come to Houston again, we would definitely stay here again. I just get so frustrated with pools at places like this. They're always filled with pee. You can't see past your hand in front of your face when you look underwater with goggles on. Other than that, the beds were fulls size but super comfortable and everything was very clean. Also, it's next door to Denny's, walking distance to a famous Mexican restaurant, and really close to Kroger's....

"The rooms weren’t not clean I had blood stains on the floor. I took a video as well pictures of the blood. In the parking lot was a used condom with semen still in it. Woke up to roaches greeting me. I like how they have a smoking room and pets stay for free. Overall I can’t complain much."

"SO CLEAN!! I'm usually very nervous and a germafobe regarding hotels. However, at this location I felt at home. 5 STARS!!!"

"Their saying the online prices are not valid and was trying to make me pay more or choose a smaller room waisted a whole 40 minutes talking to the manager about nothing was resolved until I called the actual customer service on the phone waist of time over priced here "

"The staff is very nice And rooms are clean"

"This is not a safe place for female travelers. The house keeping manager (a man) kept coming in the room unannounced, without knocking, and seemed to be trying to steal. He was aggressive and walked in on us while we were changing. Do not stay here if you’re a woman. Additionally, the room was dirty and the garbage was full of soiled pads. The fridge had old food in it- just utterly disgusting."
