This brand new, bright and serene apartment offers 2 comfortable bedrooms, an open and spacious living/dining area, and a well stocked kitchen to ensure your stay is top notch. Centrally located, just 4 miles to LU and just 3 miles to downtown, this apartment is nestled in a charming neighborhood yet close to all that Lynchburg has to offer.

This brand new basement apartment is so bright and cheery, you will forget your are in a basement! It is comfortable and cozy with everything you need for an amazing stay. There is a king sized memory foam mattress in the main bedroom and a queen sized memory foam mattress in the 2nd bedroom. The living room features a 50 inch Roku TV and a couch that pulls out to a queen sized bed if needed.

You will have use of the entire apartment. There are steps to access the unit. Your entrance will be the side door off the deck. The only shared space is the deck outside, the yard, and the parking. Please be sure to park on the right side and not block the guests for the main home.
