Set in the heart of the Jurassic Coast, this picturesque area has an abundance of beaches to explore with fossil rich cliffs. Winter is an ideal time for fossil hunting, the beaches are quieter and the winter weather exposes more fossils. Many quaint towns and villages are within easy reach, as well as long walks or cycle routes to be enjoyed through spectacular countryside. Lyme Regis Golf Club is within 0.5 miles of the property and is open to non-members, including the bar and restaurant. The Devon border also runs alongside the town, making this the ideal base for touring, and the property is just 5 miles from Axminster Main Line Train Station.

This mid terrace cottage has a stable door, which leads into a cosy, beamed, open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge area boasts an electric flame-effect wood burner, a Smart TV and plenty of relaxed seating. The compact kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, and a washing machine. There is also a dining table with space for two to enjoy leisurely meals. Heading upstairs you will find the double bedroom with the bathroom next door, which includes a bath with shower over and WC.

Stepping outside, this traditional property has its own enclosed patio with outdoor furniture and peaceful uninterrupted views over a shared lawn area with picnic benches, a picturesque pond and the countryside beyond.
