"Beautiful hotel in a very safe a great area. Nice restaurants at the hotel but also at the Shangri-La Plaza Mall. Extremely friendly and service minded staff. I was met with big smiles and welcoming hospitality from everyone. Hotel room was big and comfortable with all the necessary things, except for a Nespresso Machine. That’s a minus. However, my preferred hotel in Manila and I will be back."

"This is not a luxury hotel by any standard. Don’t book it. The hotel has not been maintained and the facilities look old and tired. The room I stayed in was supposed to be a suite but it was old, dark, dirty and damaged. Generally the hotel is over crowded and there are too many people using the hotel from the conference rooms next to it. The staf is friendly but they have not been trained to work in a luxury hotel and therefore many of them are just standing around doing nothing."
