Large private driveway with parking for six vehicles — plenty of room for SUVs and trucks without any street parking. Well-lit and easily accessible. Groups arriving in multiple vehicles will have no space issues.

Guest access
The home is entirely yours — no shared spaces, no host on-site, complete privacy from arrival to checkout. Entry is through a smart lock keypad; your personal code arrives before check-in so you can arrive anytime after 4:00 PM with zero wait. All five bedrooms, five bathrooms, the game room, pool, hot tub, and outdoor spaces are exclusively yours.

★HOUSE RULES

We want your group to have the best possible stay. A few things that matter:

• We follow a detailed cleaning and sanitization process after every stay to ensure safety and comfort.
• No smoking anywhere on property (indoors or outdoors). Evidence of smoking will incur additional cleaning fees.
• We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them.
• Exterior security cameras present outdoors for property security. No cameras record indoor or private spaces.
• Maximum occupancy: 12 guests
• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• No glass in the pool area
• Reasonable noise levels after 10:00 PM

★Pet Policy
We are delighted to welcome your furry family members to our beautiful Shenandoah Valley countryside retreat!

• Up to 2 dogs are welcome. Maximum of 50 lbs each.
• Guests must disclose that they're bringing a dog by sending us a message.
• There is a $125 pet fee per stay.
• Dogs only – unfortunately, we aren't able to accommodate cats or other pets.
• Please clean up after your pet. A doggie rest stop with waste bags and a disposal bin is located behind the garage.
• Dogs should be house-trained and current on flea/tick prevention.
• For health, sanitation, and pool filtration reasons, pets are absolutely never allowed in the swimming pool or pool area.
• Please keep pets off beds and upholstered furniture.
• Do not leave dogs unattended unless crated.
• Please supervise your pets outdoors. Pets must be on a leash at all times when outdoors. While our acreage is beautifully open, it is bordered by thick woods and a nearby road. Pets can easily wander off, get lost in the terrain, or chase wildlife, so leashes are strictly required for their own safety.
• Additional cleaning or damage caused by pets may result in extra charges.
