➞ We handpick the elegant blue as a theme color to make our guest relax and chill, thus the name, Blue Pearl. The spacious living room is perfect for conversations and watching TV with a warm coffee in your hand.
➞ Where did you get the coffee? From the newly remodeled kitchen of course. This well-equipped kitchen can handle an easy breakfast with fresh eggs you can get from local stores, as well as fancy meals that fill up the whole table.
➞ Speaking of which, the large table in the dining room can be extended even further.
➞ Have some work to do and calls to make? No problem. There is a dedicated workstation/work room adjacent to the living room.
➞ Take a break from work and sit on the swing in the porch. There are curtains for privacy. Dogs can run freely in the fenced yard. You are in the downtown area, so you do have neighbors on both sides.
➞ After a long day of outdoor activities, take a hot shower in the remodeled bathroom. Upstairs we have a King bed in one room, and queen bed in the other.

➞ The entire house is yours to enjoy, you won't be sharing with any other guests.

Other things to note
➞ No cable and streaming account will be provided. But you can log in your own account such as Netflix, Youtube etc.
➞ There are shower towels provided in the bathrooms. Feel free to bring extra towel if you wished to use our Hot Tub.
➞ The home is situated in the downtown area, so there are adjacent neighbors next to all sides of the house.
➞ The fireplace is purely decorative; please do not use it.
➞ Reminder that only the front exterior storm door is locked and secure, the front door has a chain latch lock.
➞ We don't offer laundry facilities. We would suggest go to a laundromat in Luray for your laundry
➞ Please keep in mind that when hot tub is not use, put the cover on and tune the temperature below 100 degree.
➞ There is a pet fee of $30 per pet for the entire stay. Please let us know ahead of time. You will be responsible for any damages or waste they make.
➞ Pickup day is every Friday. If it's during your stay, please help us push the trash bins to the curb on Thursday, and pull it back on Friday after they were emptied. Otherwise a dumping fee of $20 will be charged after your stay. Thank you so much for your help.
➞ For allergy-related reasons, cooking oil, salt and pepper and laundry detergent. We suggest to bring your own if you wish to use.
➞ This is an older house with limited electric capacity. You may need to reset the breaker during your stay if you are using multiple large appliances at the same time
