The driveway up to the property is steep and bumpy. Please make sure you won't be driving a sports car with low clearance up. AWD or 4X4 is recommended but usually not necessary unless when snowy or icy.

Private driveway parking is available up to 3 vehicles.

It's a mountain area, the water sometimes tastes funny and has a smell. You may want to bring your own drinking water.

Dogs are welcome! (No cats.) and charges pet fee per pet, per stay. Please notify us in advance. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and any damages.

No pets on furniture.

We kindly ask guests to help maintain the home in good condition. Cleaning supplies are provided for your convenience.

For shower drain, the area is not mold. It is a bit of discoloration from hard water minerals where the caulking has lifted slightly over time. It’s completely clean and regularly maintained, but the stain tends to stay due to the natural water in the area.

Please Wipe your foot before enter the hot tub. Pebbles and rocks can damage the hot tub.

We try our best to do pest control. But it's in the mountains, homes of flying and crawling insects like flies, mosquitos, caterpillar, gnats, ants etc. We have various sprays in the property, but be prepared to see many of them around.

A friendly reminder that we do NOT have and provide the following:
- Dishwasher, washer & dryer.
- Cooking condiments, oil & other spices due to allergen concerns.

No cable and streaming account will be provided. But you can log in your own account such as Netflix, Youtube etc.

Kindly leave all trash in the trash bag. Unfortunately, There’s no trash pickup service at the property. Our cleaner will pick up at turn overs. If trash doesn’t fit in the trash bag, you need to take it away upon check out.
