If you want to visit Lugano and its surroundings, MARAINI 35 is the apartment for you: this elegant two-bedroom apartment is just a few meters from Lugano LAC Museum and the lakeside promenade, and the historic center is reachable within 10 minutes on foot!



Ideal for families and groups of friends but also for colleagues on a business trip, MARAINI 35 has a large living room with TV area and a corner kitchen equipped with the latest appliances and everything you need to prepare meals: prepare dinner and invite friends over to taste it together at the table for 6 people! The sky blue color of the sofa is the leitmotif of the bright furnishing of the apartment, which continues in the bedrooms, the master bedroom with a large wardrobe and the single bedroom with a desk for work or study. The apartment is completed by two large modern bathrooms with shower.

What\'s nearby:

Lakefront and Lac are 5 walking minutes distant, while the city centre and the station of Lugano are 7 walking minutes from the apartment; the bus stop is close to the building complex. The area is very well served: in front of the building there is a grocery store.



How to arrive:

If you arrive by train, from Lugano station walk about 15 minutes (about 1 km) along Via Clemente Maraini in a southerly direction (towards Paradiso), or take bus No. 2 for 2 stops or bus No. 4 for 2 stops and get off at \"Lugano Loreto\" stop. The building is located 10 meters from the stop. 

The apartment does not have private parking, but you can park in the paid public car parks nearby. If you arrive from the motorway, 50 meters on the right of the traffic lights there is a paid municipal car park; if you arrive from the station, turn left to via Adamini (direction lago e Lac) and 100 meters after the post office you will see on the right the entrance to the paid covered car park
