Purple contrasts with the white of the modern living room furniture, like the color of the large sofa in the TV area and the chairs of the dining table for 6 people. There is a fully equipped kitchen adjacent to the corridor.

There are two double bedrooms and a one single bedroom with a desk, while all of them spacious and furnished with a closet for storing your wardrobe comfortably. Everyone has their own privacy, thanks to the 2 bathrooms with shower.



Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

Smoking is strictly prohibited. 

Any commercial activity within the apartment is prohibited.



The apartment does not have a private parking, but you can park on the paid public parking lots nearby.

What\'s nearby:

Lakefront and Lac are 5 walking minutes distant, while the city centre and the station of Lugano are 7 walking minutes from the apartment; the bus stop is close to the building complex. The area is very well served: in front of the building there is a grocery store.



How to arrive:

If you arrive by train, from Lugano station walk about 15 minutes (about 1 km) along Via Clemente Maraini in a southerly direction (towards Paradiso), or take bus No. 2 for 2 stops or bus No. 4 for 2 stops and get off at \"Lugano Loreto\" stop. The building is located 10 meters from the stop. 

The apartment does not have private parking, but you can park in the paid public car parks nearby. If you arrive from the motorway, 50 meters on the right of the traffic lights there is a paid municipal car park; if you arrive from the station, turn left to via Adamini (direction lago e Lac) and 100 meters after the post office you will see on the right the entrance to the paid covered car park.
