Do you want to visit Lugano and Ticino with the whole family or with a group of friends? PARCO 11 is the holiday apartment for you! This modern three-bedroom apartment, located in the business center of Lugano in an elegant residential building, is just a 5-minute walk from the lakefront and a 5-minute drive from the historic center of the city, easily reachable by public transport or on foot.



The living room is cozy and welcoming, with a large leather sofa and two comfortable armchairs: watch a good movie together on the flat-screen TV! The living room overlooks the small terrace, furnished with a table and chairs: relax here while looking at the city from above at sunset! The corner kitchen is compact, with classic oven and microwave oven, and equipped with everything needed for cooking and serving meals; a large American fridge completes it. There are 3 bedrooms to provide privacy to all guests: one master bedroom with a large private bathroom with shower, another double bedroom and a third bedroom with a desk and two folding single beds, which can be closed during the day and used as a study during day. The apartment is completed by a second bathroom with bathtub and a third  service bathroom with WC, bidet and washing machine.



Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

Smoking is strictly prohibited. 

Any commercial activity within the apartment is prohibited.



The apartment has a reserved parking space in the residential garage. (max dimensions: L:4.80m, W:2.30m, H:2.60m)

Please be reminded that you will enter the apartment by doing a SELF CHECK-IN. 

An e-mail with the INSTRUCTIONS (including a step-by-step guide) on how to access the apartment autonomously will be sent to you after you successfully complete the online registration.

It\'s just a 10-minute walk from the centre, in an area well served by bars and restaurants. The post office is a 5-minute walk away, the Migros grocery store is 7 minutes away. Parco Ciani and its villa are a 5-minute walk away and you can reach the Lido di Lugano with indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pools, lake beach, tennis courts in 7 minutes on foot.



How to arrive:

If you arrive by car, from the A2 motorway take the \"Lugano Nord\" exit and follow the GPS signs: in 10/15 minutes you will arrive at the apartment. 

If you arrive by train, from the Lugano station take bus n. 2 (direction Castagnola) for 4 stops (about 8 minutes) and get off at the stop \"Lugano, Palazzo Congressi\". Walk for about 5 minutes to reach the building.
