This tastefully furnished one-bedroom apartment is located inside a beautiful house and has an independent entrance, which can be accessed from the beautiful, well-kept garden of the property. Upon entering, the apartment immediately welcomes you with the kitchen, modern and equipped with everything you need, open to the living area. Next to it is the dining table and opposite is the living room, with the TV area and the two lively yellow sofas on which to relax, read a book or watch a movie. This bright room overlooks the garden.

The spacious master bedroom also offers a practical desk, ideal for study and work.

The bathroom with shower concludes the apartment.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, a short walk from the Exhibition Center and a 10-minute walk from the historic center, making it perfect for couples but also for business stays and Fairs.



Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

Just 3 minutes away is Lugano\'s Lido, with its Olympic-size indoor pool during winter, outdoor pools with trampolines for summer, and lakeside beach; next door, tennis courts and sailing club. Reach Lugano\'s historic center, Piazza Riforma, the famous Via Nassa, boutiques, cafes, and restaurants, in just 10 to 15 minutes on foot.

If you arrive by car, from the A2 motorway take the \"Lugano Sud\" exit and follow the GPS directions: in 10 minutes you will arrive at the apartment. 

If arriving by train, from Lugano station take bus No. 6 direction \"Lugano Cornaredo\" for 4 stops and get off at \"Lugano, \"University Campus. Walk about 4 minutes to get to the facility.
