Newly remodeled luxurious condo at highly desirable One Ludington Place Condominiums in downtown Ludington! Walk into this professionally remodeled and tastefully decorated condo and be welcomed by all new furniture, new appliances, and new flooring and painting throughout.
Marina Bliss offers 2 bedrooms with a den and 2 full bathrooms. The Main Suite offers a luxurious king size bed, fireplace, access to one of the balconies, and a private full bath with walk in tile shower. The second bedroom offers another king size bed, access to the second balcony and beautiful French Doors while the den offers two twin beds. TVs are located in each room and have access to cable tv as well as your favorite streaming apps.
Each balcony overlooks the Marina and Harbor to the west where you'll be able to enjoy some of the most stunning sunsets! The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, gas range and stunning quartz countertops and comes fully equipped for all your cooking needs . Enjoy time with friends and family entertaining around the large dining table and sip on your beverage of choice from the custom wet bar. In the evening you can unwind while cozying up to the fireplace and watching your favorite show on the 55" TV in the main living room.
Additional amenities included are an outdoor heated pool and jacuzzi with surrounding patio area offering patio chairs, tables and lounge chairs as well as two gas grills. The Clubhouse is available for your use and houses the onsite fitness room.
This condo is located in downtown Ludington and is within one mile of The Badger Car Ferry and Stearns Public Beach. Marina View Park is just a short walk across the street for your kids enjoyment and fresh air fun! You will also find yourself within walking distance to some of Ludington's best shopping and restaurants.

Condo comes with one underground parking space. Additional parking available onsite.
Elevators available from the underground parking garage to each floor.
Pool is seasonal and generally open from Memorial Day - Labor Day weekends. Subject to change without notice.

Perfect location

Condo was clean and beautifully decorated with a Ludington water theme. Many Brad Reed canvases on the walls. Kitchen was well stocked, including a crockpot. You can see both the Badger and House of Flavors from the balconies, the marina and a playground. We loved the location so close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. We're hoping to come back again next summer!

Great modern condo within walking distance of the best of Ludington and straight down the road from the State Park. Perfect place to stay during our fall leaf peeping adventure.

Updated and luxurious

Loved the balconies overlooking the harbor, the two fireplaces, the well equipped kitchen and the location close to town and waterfront. We stayed a week and will return.

Lovely stay in Ludington

Somehow spacious and cozy at the same time, this was a great place for our family of five! We loved the location that allowed us to walk to different shops, restaurants, and attractions. Beds were super comfortable and all the furnishings were very nice and clean. Check-in process was easy, and all amenities were appreciated even if they weren't used!

Pretty condo, close to everything!

My friends and I went on a mom's weekend away and had a great time. The condo was nice, the view of the marina was pretty and we were walking distance to the downtown shops and restaurants. We had a great trip!

Weekend home for wedding events

Great location! Plus a beautiful space to relax and unwind. We were in town for a family wedding, one where we had a lot of responsibilities. The condo was exceptional for a home away from home. We enjoyed our stay. The check in process was easy and management staff were attentive and responsive to questions.

Family vaca!

Very clean, updated and well maintained property. Great location: walking distance to the public beach, Badger, marina, park, and downtown area. Nice Pool/hot tub area. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great family condo!

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. The rooms were perfect for our family (including 4 kids!) and was very clean. We love the pool and proximity to walk to the playground, beach, and most importantly… House of Flavors. :) We appreciated the property manager’s attentiveness and accommodation to our needs along the way. I will be looking out to book again next year!

Great Location/Comfortable Condo

We chose the condo because of it’s close location to the marina. Our family is new to sailing & we brought our sailboat. The condo was spacious & met our needs for the week. One drawback was that every door stuck and did not close properly. The balconies were great & we enjoyed our morning coffee there every morning. The bathrooms were clean & roomy. The kitchen was well-supplied with dishes and what we needed. The frig was large. The outdoor pool was great. One improvement would be to have 2 entry badges for the building. With 6 people it was inconvenient when we needed to come upstairs at different times.

Perfect place to getaway

My family of five absolutely loved staying in this beautiful, spacious, clean condo in the heart of Ludington. Location and view of the marina were fantastic and we enjoyed the beautiful pool and hot tub. Check in and out were a breeze and the condo is well stocked. We loved being able to walk to restaurants, the park and the beach.

Location, location

Ludington is a favorite vacation spot of ours. The beach is near, restaurants are within walking distance. Our favorite restaurants are Chef Johns Bakery and Cafe, Lucianos (Italian), and Jamesport Brewery to name a few. People are very friendly.

Excellent location!

This condo was very clean and perfect for our family. The location of this property was next door to the marina and a very nice playground. Very walk-able to restaurants and shops. The pool was excellent. Very friendly residents. My only notes were that I wish I would have known there were no screens on the doors or windows (other than three windows in the living room). During our stay the temperature was not warm so I would have preferred to have the windows open in the bedrooms but there were no screens. Also, the third "bedroom" has no windows or closet. Lastly, the parking structure could use a few more bike racks. The current ones were completely full and we had to lock our bikes and store in the front of our parking space. I would definitely stay at this condo again in the future,!

We give a 3 only because of the check in process, the responsiveness of property manager, the location and the view. Those are the positives. The negatives were, the furniture was a mess. Armrests on chairs looked like they had been shredded by something. The couch was WAY too big for room and was way out of place with decor. Headboards not fastened to beds. There were no rocking chairs on porch as shown in pictures. The carpet was very dirty. A previous tenant had left clothes in a dresser which makes one wonder how well condo had been cleaned. The internet was not usable until property manager got us the owner’s WiFi password to use. Fortunately our 15 year old grandson was there to help figure out how to get connected. This was a major issue for us. The fireplace did not work until the next to last night we were there when they finally got technician out to fix it. For the price we payed one would have expected basic staples like bar soap in baths, shampoo, salt and pepper. Did not have any. Not even a cork screw. We were promised a partial refund for all the issues and aggravations but never received it. We would stay in this complex again but never in this condo.
