The communication before arrival was terrible. I sent many emails about issues I was having with my travel due to weather and nobody responded. It wasn’t clear who I was suppose to contact. Once I arrived, I was given a name of someone I could talk to, which was also confusing. I am not sure if he was another manager or the owner of the room. I never met him in person, it was through What’s App. It would have been nice to have his name sooner so that maybe I could have had some sort of reimbursement for my hotel for the lost days. He was nice, but my issues were not resolved. It took 2 additional days to find out they would not reimburse us. This may be resolved through Expedia when I get home, but communication all around was not good.
The hotel room (which is actually a dorm room) was very loud from traffic, super hot, flat pillows (only one per person), and a fan that barely worked.
