Stay together stay longer! Be conveniently nestled between Montego Bay and Negril in the gated community of Oceanpointe with 24 hour security, air-conditioning, free parking and free WiFi. Amenities include a clubhouse with gym, basket ball court, tennis court, 2 pools, solar water heater, laundry, patio... Seaside location in close proximity to restaurants, Dolphin's Cove, river rafting, Chukka Outdoor Adventures).
Subject to availability, we might be able to refer a cook; a driver to you.
The space
Make our vacation home yours at Homestay Villa 1. Enjoy comfortably and beautifully furnished rooms with well-equipped kitchen and laundry while being situated in a quiet and secure community with attractive amenities conveniently within reach of major resort towns and attractions.
Guest access
Laundry in-house. Access to the clubhouse with pool, gym, playground, table tennis table, tennis and basketball courts, jogging trail and ball field. Access to secluded beach across the street.
Other things to note
Contact me to discuss additional services such as catering/having a cook. Shopping in-town.

For stays of 10 days or more, housekeeping will attend intermittently to do light cleaning with notice.

The seaside across the road has no attendants or lifeguards and limited access.

Ask the security for access to the gym. The clubhouse is usually open until 10:30 pm.

The house has a few energy saving automations. For example you will notice the ACs will switch off if the windows in the rooms or the front or back doors are left open (living room) while in use. Don't be alarmed.
