Villa med naturlig kilde midt i vinmarkerne ved Lucca

This villa is your Tuscan retreat, nestled among olive groves and quiet rows of vineyards. Here, the countryside is authentic: the air is fragrant with herbs, the pace is slow, and the sunsets look like paintings. A private natural spring brings pure, light, and fresh water to your table, making every sip special.

Spanning three floors for a total of 380 m², the villa offers 5 spacious double bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a double kitchen, and a dining room. All rooms are spacious and bright. The building dates back to the 18th century and has recently undergone a careful restoration, featuring exposed stonework and square-cut blocks in the typical Tuscan style.

The true highlight is the garden: lush, shaded, and equipped with a barbecue, lounge chairs, a large table, and a private pool. The entire complex overlooks a sun-kissed valley characterized by verdant vineyards, olive trees, and cypresses. Relax amidst flower-covered pergolas and the scent of jasmine.

Explore the trails among the dry-stone walls, the historic Lucca villas such as Villa Mansi and Villa Torrigiani, the medieval villages, and the natural hot springs of Bagni di Lucca. Participate in tastings at the farms along the Wine Route. For cycling enthusiasts, the surrounding area offers ideal routes away from traffic, ranging from flat paths to more challenging climbs.
