Staying true to its name, the PARK VIEW APARTMENT features a direct extensive view of the iconic garden of the Renaissance Villa Bottini from the terrace and each window. It is a sophisticated residence that showcases immaculate Italian opulence at its finest. Easily the most convenient location in the city thanks to its closeness to the train station and safe parking -both 5 mins walk away- a short, scenic stroll will land you among the most coveted spots: San Martino Cathedral, the instantly recognizable Anfiteatro and Via Fillungo, to name a few.Embrace the sights and sounds of Lucca from this contemporary apartment’s 4th-story terrace overlooking the roofs of the town. With a spacious dining area, the terrace is the perfect spot to enjoy a Nespresso or Bellini beneath the moonlit sky. When you are ready to explore the winding streets and medieval squares of Lucca, simple step outside, Piazza Anfiteatro, San Michele, Via Fillungo, Guinigi Tower and Piazza Napoleone are a 5-minute walk.Inspired by the old Italian noble homes, the PARK VIEW APARTMENT’s living room uses the subtle black as a refreshing accent colour, mixing it with soothing stone greys, whites and warm flooring. The PARK VIEW APARTMENT continues in the dining room, where you will enjoy historic city-views while you are having dinner. Moving to the kitchen, state-of-the-art appliances are ready to inspire your inner chef. Before heading out for the night, treat yourself with a soothing steam-bath in the spa-like master bathroom. Soaring ceilings open up the living space; natural light bursts in through French doors. Intricately detailed original old tiles add an artful element to the interiors, alongside plush details, such as velvet-upholstered furniture and drapes, and décor in a range of emerald, charcoal, and dusty rose hues. Four luxury master bedrooms with grand windows complete the PARK VIEW APARTMENT along with four bathrooms (two of which are ensuite). Air conditioning, elevator, a high-speed wifi connection are not missing. The Wonderful covered terrace for the guests’ exclusive use is reachable through elevator located in the building staircase just outside the apartment’s main entrance plus a short flight of steps which makes it ideal for at home dining with a chef and his staff.The neighbourhood is where you will find the legendary Anfiteatro and many of the city’s most famous architectural attractions. Make sure you have a camera with you all the time, especially when admiring the streets surrounding the apartment, as you will find Via del Fosso with its medieval water stream passing by the antique gates dating back to 1100s, Piazza San Francesco horned by its white Carrara Marble Romanesque façade and Lucca Train Station within 7 mins walk away plus a safe parking 5 mins walk as well. And, if you are hungry, you will find incredible Italian restaurants in every corner, but a great place where to start it is the Giglio One Michelin starred Restaurant or Gli Orti di Via Elisa. IMPORTANT TO KNOW: We think it is important to make known that during the summer months, from the end of June to September 5, in the park of the villa in front of the apartment (not exactly in front of the apartment but inside the park) an auteur film festival is held therefore films will be screened in the evening, also in English, and the screenings begin around 9 pm and end around 11.30 pm. Usually there are about fifty spectators, so from the apartment you could hear the buzz as well as the sound of the movies.

This apartment is beautiful. We spent Christmas with our adult sons and their partners, cooking Christmas lunch in the well equipped kitchen and dining in the lovely dining room - it had everything we needed. Lucca is a glorious city and this apartment is a perfect place to see it from.

Amazing property

The property was beautiful and reflected the promotional information.My contact Manuel was extremely helpful. He made ongoing contact prior to our arrival and was at the property to meet us on arrival.When we had difficulty in booking taxis when leaving, he sorted this out for us.Overall a lovely stay.Linda Bamforth

Beautiful Lucca

We stayed in Lucca for five nights travel to Florence. Travel to sienna enjoyed the Wald city of Lucca, had dinner and visiting with relatives. Best time of our lives.

The Apartment is spacious but at the same time welcoming.It could great a dilemma of staying in to enjoy its comforts or exploring Lucca.Everything about the Apartment is fantastic from the beautiful and elegant furnishing to the wonderful light that pours in through the large windows.The location is perfect for exploring Lucca nothing is more than 10 minutes away. As normal the service from the team at Lucca Apartments and Villas was exceptional always great communication . We could not recommend this apartment to highly and would have no hestitation to book again Nothing

Lucca at its best

A fantastic apartment with great views that will only improve as the Villa it sits next to goes through a renovation process. Lucca is easily accessible from this apartment. We had cooking classes there and the staff that arrived found it easy to work in. Would stay again and we were there because of a referral from a friend's family who has stayed there a few times. Oh, and the rooftop terrace was FANTASTIC.

Wonderful stay for 7 adults. Beautifully furnished, roomy apartment. Easy to walk to main attractions. Loved the roof terrace, wonderful to eat meals on the terrace and watch the sunset. Everything we could have wished for and more. We would definitely stay again if we return to Lucca

A wonderful, spacious apartment for our group of 6 friends. It was an easy walk from the train staion to the apartment and also very convenient to explore the narrow streets of the old town, the lovely shops and fabulous restaurants. We can highly recommend!

This place did NOT disappoint! We were there for 28 days & were practically tearful when we left:( the views from the living room & the rooftop were incredible… the ceilings are wonderfully high with large bedrooms & 4 nice sized bathrooms… we loved the location.. an easy walk to everything ( train, wall, shopping, restaurants etc) We will definitely be back!

Amazing!!

We loved our stay at this apartment! It was a beautiful place and an incredible location. Walkable to most things including the train station. We had plenty of space for 4 of us. The terrace was really neat with an amazing view. We had a chef come and cook a fabulous meal at the apartment and it was served on the terrace. Manuel connected us with the chef. He was incredibly helpful and available with any questions or concerns. Thank you Manuel!!

Fantastic

We spent a week in Lucca for a family visit and vacation. Our accommodations were wonderful. The unit was roomy, comfortable and in the perfect location for where we needed to be. All of our family and friends were able to gather and enjoy each other’s company. The rooftop patio provided pleasant views of the city and had a lovely breeze to offer in the mornings and afternoons. Thanks to Manuel for working with us to make our visit enjoyable.

Classy Apartment in heart of Lucca!

Eight of us stayed at this apartment. We all had a great time. Sonia was a right host, the view was worth the flights of stairs. We sat on the balcony looking over the rooftops every night. It is a beautiful apartment. This is the second time I have used Lucca Apartments and Villas and I will use them again for a return visit to Lucca

I would return in a heartbeat!

The apartment is beautiful, well appointed, spacious and ideally located. The living room is tastefully decorated taking full advantage of the views of the gardens of Villa Bottini right next door. A full-size kitchen and 6-seat dining table made casual meals easy, although there are a plethora of amazing restaurants, cafes and gelaterias with a block of two. Perhaps best of all is the rooftop villino for dreamlike meals and aparativo hours with a 360 degree birds’ eye view of the incomparable Lucca skyline.

We had a great stay here in Lucca. With 4 adults the apartment it was very spacious and comfortable with plenty of extra space. We found it to be an excellent value. We loved the location. The apartment was an easy walk to restaurants and cafes in the center of town and also only a short stroll to the walking trail along the wall. It was very quiet and we enjoyed the rooftop area at sunset. We also really appreciated the huge book of tips and ideas for where to eat and what to do that is in the apartment. Definitely recommend this apartment.
