They definitely need black out blinds/drapes because it was 4 am and the sun was coming into the rooms. It woke me up really early and it was hard...

Easy access, comfortable couch, but humid. No fan/AC and no fan for the stove or bathroom. We washed our clothes and hung them to dry overnight but it was too humid.
