"Our stay got off to a rather disappointing start, with a few issues that affected our initial experience.
That said, what truly deserves recognition is how the hotel responded to our feedback. After we raised our concerns, the hotel manager reached out personally, apologised for the inconveniences and
the hotel staff then went above and beyond to ensure that the remainder of our stay was a pleasant one. Their attentiveness, willingness to listen and genuine efforts to turn things around did...

"Room was clean and well presented, although bathroom was dated and showing signs of age.
Hotel used by companies to house staff and workers either leaving or entering country; as such check in was mayhem with 50+ people from a company trying to check in. Took me over 30 minutes before I could be checked in . Same issue with buffet dinner with too many people for the size."

"I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Luanda is a very dangerous place and one needs a taxi to get around. However, this hotel does not offer help with getting a taxi to the hotel (they do not have a telephone and does not offer any taxi service). Moreover, most taxi drivers in Luanda do not know the hotel and do not recognise the address of the hotel. This means that it is almost impossible to get back to the hotel by taxi (and being lost in a taxi that drives around for hours in Luanda,...
