"Fantastic locals pub with lots of atmosphere, great food. Can't speak highly enough of the village of Ashover, and the surrounding area.
The rooms are a little small but its what you expect for a pub of that age.

Our room was small but comfortable with features matching the age of the property. Breakfast taken in the vine room were excellent with various choices. The food in the restaurant was very good & offered a nice selection. The continental breakfast was perfect (muesli, granola, mixed berries, yoghurt etc - all my favourite things) & they even provided oatmilk. Above all that it was exceptional value, so we’ll definitely come again...
