"Oleg was an outstanding host: quick response to questions and left the refrigerator fully stocked! The apartment is lovely with an excellent view and numerous amenities such as beach chairs and umbrellas, wine and beer, toiletries! Amazing! I would stay again in a heartbeat!!"

"Overall the house and property was very clean. Bedrooms are very large and they had their own bathrooms with an amazing walk in shower. Frederick and Lesker were very responsive with easy check-in and checkout processes and answered all of our questions promptly. Loved the pool area and the beautiful landscaping where we would watch the planes takeoff and land with the ships and water in the background. "My wife and I stayed for eight weeks from mid December to Mid February, 2023.
Pros: great view, clean, easy check in, very little bugs.
Cons: very loud noise from planes from 7am - 8PM.
Music is very loud at Sandbar and Mykonos. Mykonos has loud techno music till 3am on weekends, can't sleep, noise from the stressed out animals below from all the noise. It took three weeks to get a toilet paper holder, cook top was broken, microwave was broken and replaced with small one in Spanish(not dutch or...

"The apartment was luxurious and spacious, very well equipped. The fridge in the kitchen even has an icemaker. The water has improved vastly in St. Martin in recent years, and we had no issues drinking the tab water or using ice cubes from the ice maker at this hotel.
