There is a games room with a pool table for endless family entertainment. Our enclosed rear garden makes it perfect to bring along your beloved pet and driveway parking makes access a breeze.



The Space:

Enter into the spacious hall way, leading to the sitting room, dining room and kitchen beyond. The lounge area offers a space to retreat and relax whilst enjoying the large TV and games on offer. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your delicious home cooked meals which can be enjoyed gathered round the family dining table. Located at the rear of the ground floor is the shower room, perfect for washing off those sandy toes after a day at the beach. Upstairs are four great sized bedrooms, a king, twin, bunk room and single along with a family bathroom. An enclosed rear garden offers a quiet spot to read in the sunshine with a cup of tea or glass of something bubbly. Situated on the “Sunrise coast” and with local shops, pubs and eateries, Lowestoft is a great location to begin your Suffolk adventure.



The Neighborhood:

The quiet Suffolk coastal village of Kessingland is nestled between Southwold and Lowestoft, on the 'Sunrise Coast' a region of Suffolk enjoying 27 miles of award-winning beaches and part of the Suffolk Heritage Coastline, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, offering unspoilt beaches, beautiful heath lands and a wealth of nature reserves, including NT Dunwich Heath and RSPB Minsmere, along with pretty southern Broadland market towns. Kessingland enjoys good beach fishing and local amenities include pubs, restaurants, shops, a tea room, children's park and the award-winning attraction Africa Alive. Nearby Lowestoft has two piers, an active harbour with a marina and berthing for larger ships, a golden sandy beach with attractions which include scuba diving, snorkelling, kite surfing and jet skiing, and a cinema and a theatre. Yarmouth offers lots of family fun with traditional seaside entertainments. The local surrounding area has a great wealth of places to visit with something to please every family member on a beach-side holiday.
