"I last stayed in the Magnolia about 15 years ago and have been staying in other on our frequent trips to Victoria. This time, the others weren’t available, but the Magnolia was. I was an excellent experience and we will definitely be staying there again on future trips. Great rooms, great service and staff and the location is perfect for trips that include the Royal Theatre. The room was amazing and the staff were friendly. I was quite surprised it’s considered a 3 star hotel because where I come from this could easily qualify for a 4 star. "We had a lovely stay. The property is beautiful it was like stepping back in time. Staff are amazing can’t do enough for you. Your stay here includes breakfast we are vegetarian and also do not eat eggs this was accommodated for with no issues. We were also leaving before breakfast time on our final day so they arranged for a to go breakfast for us which was so nice of them. I had also left my coat in the room on check out and they kindly arranged for this to be posted to family in Toronto...
