Elevator was out. Not the worst situation since we only had one flight of stairs to manage, and the exercise is a good thing. Although, I have to say the step treads in the stairwells are weirdly shallow.

Elevator was broken. Understaffed in the evening. Frequent marijuana smoke noted in hallways and around the property.

We are a non-smoking hotel, and are embarrassed by the fact people can not respect these rules. We ensure to hold these people accountable and charge them a fee in the amount of 250. The bed suck. The linen sucks. They don’t not to change your sheets. If you’re not checking out, they don’t see if you’re all right in the room or if you need anything, they just not too considerate. They just give you the room and that’s it. Don’t know what time breakfast is even if there is breakfast nobody ever told me, and they don’t even announce breakfast so if you don’t have money to eat or if you can’t eat, I have a little consideration. I will never stay there again.

Very quiet area, the staff were friendly and accommodating. The beds were comfortable, Starbucks on site until 10am. Within a mile to stores and fast food restaurants. I would stay here again.

They called the police on my room while it was my neighbor who was creating a noise disturbance I will be requesting a refund and making their lives hell via phone calls until I get it

Heavy smell of Marijuana at the rear exit. Lawn littered with 1oz nip bottles. . Expect to hear noisu and loud people come in after the bars close 1 to 3 am.

I cannot recommend Sonesta Select Boston Lowell Chelmsford. It looks and feels like a converted hospital. Reserved 2 Queen beds, got 2 double beds. Don't stay here. Keep looking

Staff was lovely.. must have been a full moon or something.. lobby area had sounded like a daycare in the room off the entrance.. some strange characters in the lobby area inside and out.. Someone is pacing back and forthe in the room above me.. and has been for the past few hours just settled down.. it is more unsettling then anthing else.. not sure I would stay here again.

Our experience was marred by the fact that we were not told at checkin that there was a $5 parking fee and were surprised when it turned up on our bill. Also, there were two of us staying in the room, but we were only given one hand towel and one washcloth (we did get two bath towels).

Tavern in the square is 0.6 miles away from us, and there is a Mobile gas station 0.8 miles down the road. One great staff member, but the others were grumpy. Room was okay, but the hotel and area around were dirty. Had a terrible smell and several broken things like tv and shower head.

It’s a decent property; clean, and plenty of parking. My only suggestion would be to put microwaves in the rooms. There is one in the lobby for all guests. I do have to say that the microwave was spotless!
