A fresh and spacious vaulted ceiling in the living room is the ideal place to sink into the generous leather lounges and enjoy lazy afternoons in front of the open wood fire with a glass of fine Hunter wine in hand.

Floor-to-ceiling windows invite views of the native bushland, and considered design allows you to travel effortlessly from indoor to outdoor. Ducted air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout will ensure you and your guests are always comfortable no matter what the season.

Dining is truly an art at Whitevale, with a generous dining table to accommodate your entire group, to share a meal, good times and stories. And if this table wasn’t impressive enough, the entertainment continues with the adjacent games room with custom pool table, bar fridge, TV and wood combustion fire to stay toasty in the winter.
The stunning ebony, gallery style kitchen will inspire your inner MasterChef, providing everything you or your private chef will need to create a meal to remember.

Each bedroom has its' own unique character. Loft and den bedrooms are versatile in configurations, allowing flexibility for any group to ensure every guests is accommodated in comfort. Styled with beautiful artwork and moody hues, all bedrooms are perfect for slumber.

The exquisite master suite will take your breath away, and is perfect for brides or special occasions. Indulgent in size, this suite would be the pride of any 7-Star hotel. Featuring a marble walk-in rain shower room, make up vanity, his and hers vanity, herringbone tiled hydro spa bath with feature lighting, and an enormous walk-in dressing room with mirrors.

The luxury for each of your guests is that every room has its' own bathroom or en-suite with featured make-up mirrors and black accessories. For those must-do tasks, a fully serviced laundry is also available to guests.

The outdoor kitchen pavilion, with emphasis on entertaining for family and friends brings crowd-pleasing to a whole new level. A vast concrete dining table, 5 burner bbq, in-built esky and prep station. Linger poolside in the dining and lounging area, perfect for all seasons with an outdoor fireplace for year round entertaining.

The secluded pool nestled in the ground, illuminated by night lights, mirrors the delight of summer evenings in the Hunter region, offering a serene backdrop of the lush eucalyptus and spotted gum bushland.
Additionally, there's a spa accommodating up to 12 people for further relaxation and enjoyment.

Well behaved dogs are permitted onsite only with written approval. Conditions apply. Please see below for a full list of regulations and instructions to apply for pet approval.

Security Deposit: This property requires a $1000 refundable security deposit due no later than 5 days prior to arrival. The value of the bond will be added to the total at the time of booking.

How We Price: The booking price is based on a minimum number of guests. Any guests above this number are chargeable on a per person/per night rate. The system will automatically calculate the correct rate when you enter the required number of guests. Reductions in guest numbers are non-refundable.

Arrival Details: Access to the property is made easy for you. We will send you an access code just before 2pm on your arrival day via SMS and you will use this code for the duration of your stay.

Linen: 1 set of full bed linens and 1 bath towel per person are supplied. Guests may wish to bring extra towels depending on the length of their stay. Pool/Lake/Beach towels are BYO

Guest Amenities: We are Eco-Friendly - to help reduce wastage, we supply a single bottle of 3in1 shampoo/conditioner/body wash in all showers. In addition, guests are advised to bring their own personal preferred bathroom products/amenities and free Wi-Fi.

Wifi is provided complimentary on behalf of the owner. It is intended to be used in an appropriate manner by all guests. As the service is provided by an external 3rd party, Weekenda cannot and do not guarantee the speed or efficacy of this property's wifi connection nor do we pay any compensation for interruption of service for any reason.

Pets: Pets are welcome at this property on completion of the below standard pet regulations in writing finalised prior to arrival:
Guests supply pet bedding, food bowls & disposable waste bags.
Pets are strictly prohibited from being on any furniture, rugs, carpeted areas, beds & bedding/linen inside & outside the property.
At no time are pets to be left alone, locked inside a property. Your pet must remain in your possession at all times.
Guests bring pets at their own risk understanding we can commit to the validity of fencing, access to natural waterways, rural properties pest control with chemicals and surrounding neighbours pets or livestock.
A Bond will be charged for any damage caused by pets and any non-adherence of the pet regulations.

Pools: If the property has a Swimming Pool then it will be opened for swimming for the start of the NSW September School Holidays and closed and Winterised immediately after the NSW Easter School Holidays have been completed.

Fires and Firewood: Internal wood fireplaces and outdoor fire pits only operate after the NSW Easter School Holidays up to before the NSW September School Holidays in line with NSW state fire restrictions. Please note: we will normally supply enough firewood, kindling & fire-starters for between 1-2 nights of your stay. For guests wishing to have additional fires, we suggest BYO Firewood, Kindling, and Starters which can be easily purchased from the local service stations.

No Party Policy: All reservations operate under a Strict No-Party & Non-Excessive Noise Policy as prescribed in the NSW Short-Term Letting Legislation and Local Council Laws. This property is in a Residential Area. Failure to comply can put the security bond into jeopardy and may lead to police-assisted eviction and/or extra charges being levied. We hate to have to note this but the reality is that so far this year we have had to evict 3 groups for overstacking/bad/anti-social behavior.

Extra Guests / Visitors: The number of people nominated on your booking is the maximum number of people that are allowed to be on the property at any one time, including visitors. Visitors may be requested and if approved must be approved in writing with Weekenda staff. Simply put, if Mum and Dad want to come over for a BBQ then we are likely to approve. If 10 extra people want to stop by we are unlikely to approve, which could put your booking at risk. We will always try to be reasonable with reasonable people within property constraints and House Rules.

Pets are allowed in some of our properties BUT only with written approval. If a property is pet-friendly and you intend on bringing a pet, you must advise the office in writing prior and agree to our pet regulations. Do not bring a pet to a house without Weekenda's written approval otherwise we are likely to require you to remove the pet for the duration of your stay. Guest bringing pets on holiday must abide by the below regulations:
You are required to bring your pets own beddin, food bowls, disposable bags to clear any pet feces from the grounds and dispose of prior to departure.
Pets are strictly prohibited from being on any furniture, rugs, carpeted areas, beds and bedding/linen inside and outside the property.
Pets must be on a lead at all times outside the property and are not allowed in any common areas of complexes or resorts where applicable.
At no time are pets to be left alone, locked inside a property. Your pet must remain in your possession at all times.

Cameras and Noise Monitoring: There are 3 external security cameras installed at this location presently but the owner reserves the right at any time to install additional external cameras at their discretion. Cameras are positioned to view driveway, front entrance and bbq areas for external security monitoring only. All cameras are installed in line with local regulations. A noise monitoring device is installed - fines apply to guests found to have disconnected, removed or damaged the noise device. These devices are used to monitor and maintain ours and guests responsibilities under the NSW STR Code of Conduct.

Guest Registration / ID Check : Weekenda requires every guest to complete and sign an electronic guest registration prior to arrival which will ask for photo ID i.e. a copy of your Drivers Licence or Passport. The primary booker will also be required to complete a list with the guests names and actual mobile numbers. In the event we are unable to reach the primary booker, it is very important we can get a hold of other guests. These documents will be deleted after your departure. Access Codes are only released to Registered and Verified Guests.

Critical Update: Due to an unprecedented influx of fraudulent bookings, we are forced to impose a policy that protects our clients, industry and community against those attempting to commit fraud and theft. Any booking made within 5 days of arrival is required to provide a photo of a valid credit card in the same full name of the primary guest to match the supplied identification document. Failure of these documents matching will result in the booking being cancelled and all funds processed returned to the original card assumed as stolen and thus a fraudulent transaction. We trust we have our honest and genuine customers understanding this policy is in place to protect all parties.

Insurance: As always, but ever so more due to recent times, we strongly encourage any holidaymakers to obtain a very inexpensive 3rd Party Domestic Travel Insurance Policy to cover you for all manners of matters which may restrict travel. This is particularly helpful for things like Hunter Valley Concert cancellations, Covid or Medical and Other Emergencies for which we don't provide refunds, and anything which falls under our standard Terms & Conditions irrespective of the reason. We suggest reviewing policies with 'Cover-More' or 'Travel Insurance Direct' or 'Insureandgo'

Great house
Enjoyed our stay at Whitevale. House is appointed with everything you need. Kitchen utensils and crockery was perfect. Loved the outdoor pool area. As well as the easy to use electric fire place for the cooler nights. A few of the electric blinds need fixing. Would have been good to have a few more towels too. Highly recommend.
