Tastefully furnished with a contemporary style, this two bedroom holiday cottage comes complete with one kingsize pillowtop divan bed and two single divan beds.
The cottage has a modern bathroom with rain shower and bath plus a well equipped modern kitchen with dining table, oven, hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher. The lounge has enough comfortable seating for four people, a television and log burner. Upstairs is a separate snug with corner sofa, CD player, books and board games - ideal for relaxing after a busy day sightseeing.
An outside table and four chairs is provided in the garden, perfect for alfresco dining.
The cottage also benefits from the use of a swimming pool (shared by other cottages but booked by appointment for private use) and seven and a half acres of beautiful Lincolnshire meadows and woodland.

We are happy to accept well behaved dogs in some of our cottages. A charge per stay applies which can be added to the booking or paid locally, so please ask if you need more information before booking.
Private car parking and undercover parking for motorcycles is available.
