"The hotel was clean and the staff very helpful. Fabiana was really helpful and really helped with even getting me to the airport. I am a wheelchair user and found the room spacious and perfect . The only issue I had was the lack of Aircon. It got warm in the room and this was when the temperature outside was 25 degrees... If it was the peak of summer, I would have struggled. But other than that, the hotel was perfect. 5 min walk/wheel to the main Grotto and church. Ideal location."
"Vi fik et værelse, der var så lille, at vi måtte flytte os for hinanden, for at komme rundt. Alt var mega småt. Vi var blevet lovet et værelse på 24 m2, med balkom og hoteltøfler. Det vi fik var, som skrevet mega småt og uden balkon og ingen hoteltøfler. Ja,vi klagede over disse tre væsentlige ting til hotellet, men det var altså, hvad de kunne tilbyde. "
