Hotel i Lourdes North West, Angeles City

"I understand that check-in and check-out are set at a certain time but my flight arrived really early so I had nowhere to go so I went to the hotel hoping they would assist me with something. NOPE!! I sat in the lobby for almost 8 hours before I was able to get my room. Not once did they offer me a smaller room which I would have been ok with taking. The front desk attendant gave me a speech about how my room was occupied and once they checked out they would clean it and then I would be able to...

"Alt var ok på hotellet, dog har de ikke rigtig styr, på tøj man aflevere til vask og det er noget skidt (og det var ikke billigt Her bør der strammes gevaldigt op"

"This is was my third time at this hotel. I found our stay amazing as usual, the bed is comfortable, lots of room in the studio style room. Always clean, nice big 55 in. TV, good Aircon. Check-in and out is straight forward and best of all at a very affordable price."

"Stayed on the 3rd floor and unless you hold the button down it will skip the floor this happened every time until we held it down. No covered parking as indicated only one disabled parking space at the hotel entrance but the guard that stands there 24 7 allows anyone to park there. There was a van with a driver for a sports team parked there once and two other times two young couples parked there mentioned this every time we left and returned. It’s not there wasn’t plenty of parking for the...

"Right next to SM clark Mall. "

"Fint sted. Stort værelse med smart tv. Hjælpsomt personale, dejlig pool"

"Rimelige værelser. Dejligt med smart tv. God mad på hotellet og gode faciliteter "

"Nice stay. Meets its price point"

"Hotel is overrun with roaches. Very old property that needs serious upgrades to not only the facade, but to the internet and tv. Internet was hit or miss. On one minute off the next. TV was not even working when I stayed in Dec.25’ so I watched nothing but my phone the entire time. This is why I won’t go back. Excellent staff very attentive to your needs. Food in the rooftop was very good. Ate there a couple of times. All in all is if you’re a single guy who is going for the first time then it’s...

"I’ll stress this is a budget property. It’s in a rougher neighborhood and tucked I. Back corner of side street. I would exercise caution if walking at night. Air con didn’t work properly . Shower had bad sewer smell. Towels old and need to be upgraded. All workers were excellent hence 3 star rating otherwise maybe a high 2 despite building upgrades. Sorry for the rating but it’s my honest assessment and I actually let a few things worth mentioning out."

"The hotel is in a good location, but the facility is disgusting. The kitchen staff were very good and attentive but I got sick off the food and saw a large rat run from one side to the other. The front desk staff were not very welcoming. Hot water was just warm. The air con did not cool to set temperature. It was a very bad experience overall. The only highlight was the restaurant waiter but the cleanliness conditions of the restaurant were not acceptable."

"Nice place & inexpensive accessible to Angeles"

"Very nice hotel. Actionpacked location. Very friendly staff. Arranged transport to Subic for me. Nice pool. They could wash the tiles on balcony and provide an ashtray and seetings. Other than that, no complains. Okay food in restaurant. "
