Villa Loupia by Villa Plus

The peacefully located Villa Loupia is a light and airy property with comfortable inviting furnishings. It’s set on a large plot of land with a spacious garden allowing plenty of outdoor areas for everyone to enjoy. There is a well-equipped summer kitchen, perfect for nights of outdoor cooking, and when the garden and pool are lit in the evening, it is a delightful place to enjoy your alfresco meals. The famous medieval fortified city of Carcassonne is only a short 30 minutes’ drive away. Set in a sleepy village, there are a few local restaurants a short drive away and a bar less than 2 minutes walk away, while the beautiful town of Limoux is a short 10 minute drive from the villa. WiFi, pool heating, and air conditioning/heating are included in one bedroom, the living space, and the corridor leading to the 3 other bedrooms.

Loupia is set in a tranquil village in the Aude department known for its picturesque charm with a short 2 minute walk from a local inviting bar. Limoux is just 10 minutes’ drive away, famous for its sparkling Blanquette wine, vibrant village centre with plenty restaurants, as well as year-round festivals, making it a cultural hub in the region. Close by, the UNESCO World Heritage site, Carcassonne offers an unforgettable medieval experience with its magnificent, fortified city,  that transports visitors back in time. Beyond these towns, the surrounding area is rich in experiences, from enchanting nature trails to historical and enriching sites.
