"The decor of the building was awesome. The rooms have character, and were very tastefully decorated. It was very clean and welcoming. The people were friendly and accommodating. I definitely would recommend the Grady. The only drawback is no onsite parking. "

"Offbeat elegance with just a touch whimsy we throughly enjoyed the 21C. Room was spacious and comfortable and oh so quiet. We loved roaming the galleries and were entertained by the random Penguins. "We stayed as a family of 4 for a quick trip overnight on our way thru to Gaitlinburg. The hotel is located very close to the Louisville Slugger Museum which was perfect to walk to. Nothing special and here is the issue - they believe they are special - but at Best impossible Big with to many facilities or at worst out sourced francises with no quality control. I bought myself breakfast at Walkers Exchange - great coffee, rest delivered back at a full 26 dollar charge - leaving a huge hotel in an empty stomach of course doesn’t improve your already so-so experience - so ok hotel - ok surrounding, but not worth the price and zero...

"My husband and I stayed at the aloft for a concert at the kfc yum center! It was absolutely perfect! 2 minute walk and for local places it was a quick Lyft ride if we didn’t want to walk. Parking was smooth and simply and right across the street and the hotel was beautiful, clean, and quiet!"
