Easily walk to many restaurants, plays, sporting events, museums, concerts, and conventions. When you’re not out on the town, this newly remodeled Suite offers a luxurious rest and ample space for entertaining or reconnecting with old friends. Each kitchen is outfitted with a coffee/tea bar for you to enjoy year round warmth!
There are 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Enjoy a street walk, a bottle of wine or a game night with those you love. Smart Tv’s are located throughout the suite with the option to add any streaming platform from your phone. High speed WIFI runs throughout the Suite making sure that if you need to get work done or relax, it’s there. Bachelor/Bachelorette/Family groups/Business trip? They're all perfect for this location! During the weekend, a lot of families visit the slugger museum and science center just a few blocks away. Many bourbon tours leave regularly from our location. We are a block from fourth street live, 3 blocks from KY center for the arts(symphonic/broadway shows), 1 block from the YUM center and across the street from the convention center.

Across the street from the Convention center and a block from the KFC Yum center and 4th street live, you're at the heart of it all! The city is alive with people going to conferences, eating out, or going to a museum or sporting event. Well-lit and safe, the building is next-door to two parking garages, so you'll have no issues with parking.

Two Parking garages are right next door to the property. Uber is around 10-12 minutes from the airport and usually around $20 or so. From here, you can walk anywhere. Bourbon tours can pick you up at the hotel, or you can walk the urban bourbon trail from the heart of it!
Quiet Hours from 10pm-8am
One pet is allowed. Pet fee is $40 and pet must be 20 pounds or lighter and kept off furniture and in cages when no one is in the unit. Must clean up after pet.This must be paid in a separate Airbnb transaction prior to stay. Must not be prone to barking or disturbing other guests.
