"For the money paid I think it was a great deal - Room was fine and breakfast great. The location was also great - short walk down to the main pier. Nice staff in the morning. So many great things to say. However, there was a strong smell of smoke everywhere - and it seemed like going into the the room I was staying in from downstairs. "Friendly and very helpful host. Accommodated my dietary requirements very well. The optional breakfast is tasty and substantial, which is a big hit with me, and definitely worth paying the extra for. Nice new flooring and carpets throughout. My room was clean but could use an electric socket near the bed (I have advised host on this). Bedside lamps were battery only and ran out of power when I went out for a long evening. This might be only an issue in one room however. Runway is very handy...

"One of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in at Blackpool so far and I've stayed in a few over the years! The breakfast wasn't cooked but there was no waiting time, plenty of choice and easier for kids to navigate themselves. I would definitely recommend and will be back myself! "
