"Our room was beautiful. The balcony had the best views of the volcanoes and was very peaceful to eat breakfast at. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Overall, a great experience. The property is very beautiful with a nice garden and pool as well as 2 cute cats. Only con is the walls are kind of thin."

"The lake is beautiful, the place is nice, security is ok, the people give good service BUT….there is a high danger of the 3 deseases and there are many moquitos, especially during the rain season that starts in May. According to the locals hospitals are filled in that time. The hotels have no plan, do not fumigate, do not inform, do not do anything to avoid the number of moquitos in the room with that risk. "The panoramic cabin is a basic shed with rudimentary electricity and plumbing. It’s more like camping with an outhouse included. There are gaps in the clapboard siding walls you can see through. It’s sold as rustic but it’s barely inhabitable. On the positive side the family that runs it were gracious and kind people. They were helpful and offered assistance in going into town.
