Although the weather in Tenerife is very good, our pool is heated all year round.All homes have a kitchen, bathroom and bedroom and balcony or terrace with dream views, Wifi, Smart TV and all the details that will make your stay something special on your vacation.We seek the privacy of our guests and we achieve it with a lot of vegetation knowing that your only neighbor will be the sea.The name Maresía comes from the cloud of water caused by breaking waves. When the sea is angry "La Maresía" can be felt from the house since we are very close to it. Therefore, you will be able to see, hear and even smell the sea. The house is in the El Toscal - La Longuera neighborhood, a small town with all services and less than 5 minutes by car from the famous El Socorro beach and trails such as Rambla de Castro and La GordejuelaThe small town of Toscal and La Longuera is very close. From the house to La Longuera it will take around 5 minutes walking and there you will find great restaurants such as La Finca, El Andarife or El Guachinche El Pino. There are supermarkets, bakeries, bars and pharmacies very close.
