Dog Friendly, Single Fam Res. Allergen-free No carpet or drapes. 5 minute walk to the water at the Back Bay of Morro Bay. This is our second home and fully stocked. Soft beds , large yard. Perfect for the active visitor with photography, kayaking, surfing, stand up paddle, bike rides, wine tasting, golf and fishing. Landscaped with patio furniture, umbrella, corn hole set and BBQ"s. Converted garage game room with glass garage doors and epoxy floors. Dart board, games. Close to nearby beaches and 5 minutes to Morro Bay. $35 fee per pet.
Ideal central location, walking distance to taprooms, restaurants and entertainment. Central to Pismo Beach, Avila, San Luis Obispo, Morro Bay, Cayucos, Cambria, Big Sur

Great Place
The house was clean, tidy, and well set up. The backyard was perfect for our dogs and very nicely landscaped. We were close to several great restaurants and also not far from the beach! The host was great and provided us with perfect instructions for getting in and checking out. We would definitely recommend!

Very clean, well-kept house; spacious back yard with lovely plantings. Host was very attentive but not intrusive. Short walk to the bay, coffee shop, an Audubon and other beautiful opportunities for hiking. Overall, a very nice experience. Would recommend.

Let’s Walk to Baywood!
Good quiet neighborhood. Nice neighbors. Extremely comfortable beds. Comfy furniture. Great backyard for our dog. Owner provides paper towels and toilet paper plus your shampoo, conditioner and soap. A nice selection of spices and olive oil plus coffee and sugar/sweetners and coffeemate. Washer and dryer plus laundry detergent also provided. We hope to return again this Spring for another stay!

Amazing
We loved our stay. Neil is the most amazing host ever and even helped us finding a sitter for our dog. So we can see Hearst Castle. The backyard is magnificent, the beds super comfortable and I fell in love with the shower. We will come back!

Everything and More!
This home had all we needed for a great vacation, and even more! The home had great appliances, soft comfy beds, couch and 2 recliners to sink into while watching tv. The bay was a short couple of blocks away to stroll to. The owner is super helpful in sending tips on what sights to see (Farmer's Markets!!) Beautiful back yard with bbq's and lots of seating outside. Awesome place, we can't wait to go back!

Nice place!
The property is dog friendly, and the host goes out of his way to let you know where dog friendly attractions are. House is in a quiet low-key neighborhood, with coffee places and eateries a very short walk away.

Cute place near the bay
My wife and I and our two corgis spent three wonderful days in Baywood Park. The house is clean and had plenty of room for our needs. There is an enchanting backyard that we spent a fair amount of time in as well. The dogs loved it and so did we. The place is about 4 blocks from the bay and nearby dining options. We enjoyed morning breakfast at the Nautical Bean, dinner at La Palapas and had a great calzone at Nardonne's. The place is a short drive to the Elfin Forest which was a fun hike and a slightly longer drive to Morro Rock and shopping and dining. Lastly, we had a delicious meal and a great hard cider at the Olde Alehouse in Los Osos. It was a fun trip.

Neil’s place in Los Osos
Great visit to Neil’s little house in Los Osos. Cute and comfortable two bedroom home. Close to the bay, parks and restaurants. Highly recommend it.
