"I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Bidasoa. I was travelling alone, and felt very safe and at home here. The hotel staff, from the gentleman at the reception to everyone else, were very kind, respectful and helpful to a single woman traveller. "Huge room, very clean, lots of amenities and super nice staff! I arrived at 7:30am from a long overnight trip, they allowed me to have breakfast and had the courtesy of providing early check in at around 10:30am, which I had not asked but I think I looked really tired. They truly went above and beyond and I am very grateful."

"This hotel was really good value. Large, bright room. Excellent service from reception to concierge, to housekeeping and waiters in the restaurant. Beds are comfortable. My room had a small kitchen facility, which I didn’t use, but it was available. It’s very centrally located and by metro downtown is only a few stops. It’s a safe neighborhood. You eat your breakfast at the restaurant on the 17th floor, which makes for an excellent start of the day. Only thing to note is that if you want to use...
