Luksuriøs condo i centrum lige ved marinaen med 2 rummelige Master suiter, 2 badeværelser med private bade i hvert værelse (du kan ikke finde nogen leje i nærheden af denne perfekte placering på Marina). Denne lejlighed ligger i hjertet af det lige ved Marinaen med en betagende havudsigt over Yacht Harbor. 24 timers sikkerhed (meget sikkert). Fiskeri, tag en glasbådbåd til Lovers Beach, snorkle ved den berømte bue eller simpelthen lounge ved tagterrassen pool / jacuzzi med udsigt over marinaen med et overdækket grillområde. Minutter / blokke til den berømte Medano-strand, Puerto Paraiso Mall, Cabo Wabo, populære natklubber og en række restauranter, det bliver ikke bedre end dette. Se verden gå forbi Marina-gåtur nedenfor og hagle en vandtaxi fra din balkon for alle ønskede udflugter på havet (Medano beach & The Arch). Denne enhed leveres også med en parkeringsplads, god som guld i Cabo centrum. Har separat indgang til soveværelse nr. 2 til privat adgang (kombinationsdøre, så der ikke er brug for nøgler). Kan sove 6 med king size sovesofa i stuen.

Best location at the marina
The property was awesome-very clean and had everything we needed. Hugo was very helpful with anything we needed-he was fantastic. Great location if you want to be at the marina-we loved it there. Many things to do and ate at many of the local restaurants. It was within walking distance of everything.

Girls Trip
Condo was beautiful. Right on the Marina and within walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. We could get a water taxi and go to the beach! The Condo was awesome!! One downfall was the loud music but they provide ear plugs to help you sleep and during the week it ends at 12 am. Great time! Fantastic Girls Trip. Utilize Carlos to pick you up at the airport and bring you back he was great!

Amazing!
Our stay was absolutely amazing! My husband and I and another couple went to celebrate the husbands' birthdays. We used the transportation recommended by Vince (the owner) to pick us up from the airport. It was perfect. Right when we exited the airport, there was our driver with a welcome sign. On the way to the condo, he stopped at a grocery store for us. Upon arrival, Hugo immediately welcomed us and had all of our groceries and luggage carried up for us. Check in was great, no paper signing, no need to enter the office. Hugo just gave us a quick tour and we headed straight to the room. In the condo, there was waiting for us a tower of guacamole and freshly made chips. So good!! The condo was clean, the balcony is perfectly sized for 4 adults, and the two bedrooms are separate, each having its own private bathroom. Very convenient as we travelled with another couple. The location is walking distance to a grocery store, the beach, cantinas, and shopping. In the second bedroom there are 4 tommy bahama beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, and a cooler. We used all of it when we went to the beach. There is a washer and dryer inside the condo which allowed us not to pack so much because we knew we could wash our clothes. We stayed for 8 days and enjoyed every moment. I would definitely stay at this very location again if we decide to visit Cabo in the future.

Amazing condo right on the marina.
Loved it. Had never been to this condo so we only booked the condo for 5 nights. We were moving to our favorite hotel on the marina for our last 5 nights. The condo was so amazing we emailed the owner to ask if there was anyone coming in after us for the next 5 nights and if not,could we stay. He allowed us to stay and we canceled our reservation at the hotel. The condo is very nice. Well stocked and furnished with everything in excellent condition. My favorite thing in Cabo is the marina. It would be hard to beat the location anywhere on the marina. Has a patio that we spent quite a bit of time on watching the marina and boardwalk. We had read about the noise and are used to staying on the marina so we were not to concerned. There is definitely music playing around you at night but this was actually the quietest rooms we have had on the marina. They have done a great job with the soundproofing. The nights they had music with heavy bass we could feel it in the front room but not the back room. I wish I didn't feel like I had to leave a good review because I would really like to keep this as our secret. Vince the owner was the best and Hugo the host was there for anything you would need. Make sure you have contacted Hugo in advance of your arrival. I did not and evidently had an issue with my phone. Hugo had called me 6 times the day of arrival and I missed all of his calls. It all worked out and it impressed me with Hugo's persistence to make sure we got in ok. Thank you.

Jekyll and Hyde Property Location - Read for Details :-)
Let me start off by saying that both the property manager and the owner were amazing. Any unexpected issues we ran into they promptly resolved. For example our coffee maker wasn't working so they brought us a new one within a few hours. And then our refrigerator was not getting quite cold enough so we asked what could be done and within 24 hours, we had a brand new refrigerator. 5 star service for sure. Our pickup and dropoff at the airport was also 5 stars. Super easy with a nice vehicle and a wonderful driver (Carlos). The unit itself was 100% as advertised. It was nicely equipped with pretty much everything we needed for our stay. The unit is right on the marina with great views of the boats. We sat on the balcony for hours at a time just watching the boats come and go and the people walking the boardwalk. The unit is right in the heart of downtown Cabo so you are just a short walk to tons of great restaurants, bars, and the mall. In the mall, there is also a new grocery store which made grabbing groceries super easy. Everything is great until night comes and the bars start blasting their music. The condo sits directly above the Nowhere Bar so the music is extremely loud. Most nights the music stops at midnight, but on the weekends it can go until 5am. We couldn't sleep but our friends said they didn't mind it. To each his own. I would say this is great for partiers and those that will be out late, but not for those with kids or needing quite.

Great place!
This beautiful condo has a killer view and is in the perfect location. It’s well stocked and well decorated. A new mattress was delivered after our first night and is super comfy. Communication with the owner and manager was fast and friendly. We hope to stay again!

retirement get away
never met the property manager.. driver from airport had code for door. had to find beach supply door key on our own. view and location were great !!!!! we loved to be immersed in the local flare... walking distance to gifts and restaurants. people watching on your deck was a treat. listening to the music on the balcony every night was cool. walking distance to the beach with the wagon was really fun...

Location location location!!! Listing said was loud, it was! During the week wasn’t as bad but Saturday night was rocking! Lost count of how many clubs in the immediate area. Balcony was perfect place to people watch. Only negative is the mattress and the pillows. We have never slept on anything as hard. Almost as uncomfortable as a sofa sleeper. Hopefully the owners will replace them. Had a great time. Would stay again if we knew the mattresses were replaced. Take a sound machine.

Short trip
Visiting friends in Cabo for 3 days and this place was just perfect. Location is in the heart of the marina and close to all things to do. The new grocery store within a 5 min walk very convenient. I was there for a M-W so we didn't experience any late loud music. Windows are heavily insulated as well. The unit is great and has everything you need. highly recommended. Also easy walk to Medano Beach.

Hardest beds in Cabo
This place is loud until 4am. The beds are the hardest ones I’ve ever attempted to sleep on. I left a day early and rented another place just to get a good night sleep before heading home. My back was sore when I left. Terrible experience.

Plaza Bonita unit 206 on the Cabo Marina
We had a great stay at this condo!! They say location is everything, and you cannot get a better location than this!! Everything was exactly as described! Yes, it is noisy for a while at night, but we were expecting this and came prepared by bring our own earplugs. We noticed after our arrival that earplugs were provided in the unit! The noise, (from music at some of the local bars) certainly did not keep us from sleeping! There is a great, modern, full grocery store about a block away in the mall, which was also very modern and big!! Thank you Vince for making this condo available!! Also thank you to Hugo (Condo manager), for your warm welcome on our arrival!! Can’t wait for our next Cabo vacation!!!

Fantastic location! Walking distance to everywhere! Hugo was amazingly helpful with the room and booking excursions. The music is quite loud but it didn’t bother any of us with sleeping. Would definitely book again.

Great Location, but be aware of noise!
Great proprty, easy check in and pick up from airport. Communication with property manager was easy. Just be aware that this proprty sits right on top of a late night dance club. The floors shake from the music at night and they continue through 3 or 4am. Luckily I was on a golf trip with buddies and we were able to push through the noise. Probably not a good place for young families.

Great location, but noisy.
This is in a wonderful location right on the marina and centrally located to marina and town establishiments. Hugo was a wonderful manager and came immediately when there were some mechanical issues (AC etc) that needed attention. Wonderful transportation concierge and also for sunset dinner cruise. Very clean and nice accomodations. The problem that is a fairly serious drawback is that it is above a bar that plays loud music until 2:30 in the morning. No sleeping until then. Otherwise thanks Vince and Hugo.

Love this place!!
The condo is well stocked and perfectly located. Other than groceries, we only needed to purchase laundry detergent for our stay. The air conditioner kept the condo really cool. As mentioned in the description, the condo is located above a bar that plays very loud music until around 5 am most nights. We knew this when we booked, and this was not a problem for us as we only utilized the back bedroom. Hugo was a great host. His guacamole was amazing, and the airport transportation that he arranged was perfect and included a grocery stop. There is a cooler, a wagon, beach chairs, and an umbrella for use by guests. The cooler on wheels came in handy. Please be aware that the pool is advertised as being open until 8 pm but rarely is. If I had a complaint, that would be my only one. However, I’d still return to this property and hope to soon!

Excellent location, nice place to stay. Small swimming pool. if you want to have fun during the day and sleep during the night this is not the right place to stay. Beach is far from the hotel, at least 10 minutes walking.

Great location
All reviews on this property are very accurate! The condo is beautiful and in the best location… if you need quiet this is not the place for you. It is very loud on the weekends the room closer to the plaza is very loud at night. The room over the marina was louder in the morning…. It was good for us because we liked to be out til late so we weren’t in the condo at night. But this condo is in the prime spot. Hugo was very welcoming and made you feel like you had a friend to assist you with anything you may need. We would stay again.
