** Note 4 ** This is a quintessential Hollywood "Hills" home which means high buildings with lots of stairs. The main level is ~30 steps from the ground level and the pool (from ground level) is ~75 steps. There is no elevator. Guests must be able to carry luggage up and down stairs.
