Check in was posted after 3pm. We arrived at 3:30pm. Cleaning lady seemed as though she just started. Returned about 1.5 hr later. Place was just " wiped down" Cleaning lady took all the towels except 2. There was 4 people. Had to sweep the floors. Cobb webs In multiple places. In the VBRO site it stated a comfortable couch sleeper that will sleep 2. What was in the condo was a broken futon with a dirty slip cover. When set for sleeping there is a bar down the middle of it and was very uncomfortable. There was one trash bag for garbage, which was in the trash can. No hand soap. No dish soap. Black marks on the wall. No toiletries, sheets and blankets not clean. TV Remote control batteries corroded in remote. Changed batteries and fixed. Street Parking pass expired. In the site it stated " everything you will need for a comfortable stay". Ended up getting a queen size mattress, no way anyone could sleep comfortably on the futon. Got ahold of property manager and shared our concerns. Said she would have the towels returned clean. Contacted VBRO customer service, case # 32582727. sent pictures of issues, placed on hold 3 times and then was hung up on. Last conversation VBRO said they need to contact the owner, which was 4 days ago. We left the place cleaner than we found it. In a lighter note location is very close to the beach.
