When you arrive, you’ll first enter the code for the outside gate, and then another code for the Yale lock on the front door. Inside, you’ll find a clicker you’ll need during your stay — it will be waiting for you on the table under the TV.

Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable for accommodating them.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

★ A FRIENDLY NOTE ABOUT OUR HOUSE RULES & FEES ★
We want you to relax and enjoy your stay, but to help keep things in top condition for all our guests, we do have a few important reminders:

✔ Smoke-Free Stay
Our homes are 100% smoke-free for everyone’s comfort. A $1,000 fee applies for smoking of any kind inside the property.

✔ TV Remote Safety If a TV remote goes missing, there’s a $250 replacement fee — so please be sure to leave them where you found them.

✔ Clicker Care
Some of our homes include a special gate/garage clicker for your convenience. If it’s lost, a $500 replacement fee will apply.

★ADDITIONAL NOTES★
1. No additional guests not mentioned in the reservation. Unaccounted guests will be charged $50 per person per night.
2. No parties, loud noise or music (at any hour). Guests having a party will be charged a $1000 fine and removed from the property with no refund.
3. Absolutely no smoking/vaping anywhere else besides the balcony. Please keep balcony door shut, whether on or off the balcony, at all times.4. No glass articles in any outdoor areas.
4. Board Games must be neatly stowed away after use. Will incur $100 fine if board games are not kept reasonably tidy.
5. All TV and/or AC remotes must be stowed in respective remote holders. Any missing TV remote will incur a $250 fine per remote.
6. The owner and host are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses arising out of, or in connection with the guests’ use/ occupancy of the premises.
