This newly remodeled Spanish house features blackout curtains in the bedroom, an outdoor patio and a fully fitted kitchen.
It is located close to top LA hotspots.

The bedroom has blackout curtains and a king size bed with memory foam mattress. The sheets are organic cotton/bamboo and a variety of pillow types is provided (foam, feathers and hypo-allergenic) for the best possible sleep experience.
The space is environmentally friendly, green/non-chemical products are used for cleaning. Dishwashing soap and hand/body soap are provided.

You have your own entrance to the property thru the front door located on the left hand-side. Each guest is provided with their own keypad access code which is deleted post check-out. There is a front yard with a patio area right in front of your door where you can sit and relax while listening to the birds sing and watch the butterflies pollinate :)

Beautifully remodeled 1-bedroom Spanish home in the Mid-City area and the eclectic West Adams neighborhood bordering booming downtown Culver City. The area is close to So.Cal icons Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, downtown Los Angeles and Venice Beach and about a 20 minute drive to each.

The area is safe, diverse and eclectic with stores, restaurants and gyms at walking distance.
The West Adams and Culver City Art District have numerous galleries and beautiful murals.

Main features:
Living/dining room: a cozy area where you can relax after a hard day's work or a sun-filled day at the beach, adorned with an ultra comfy down-filled sofa , a chesterfield loveseat and, of course, a 55" smart-TV. The mesh network provides 1G high-speed internet throughout the home.
The dining table seats four, plus has a dedicated work desk and chair.
There are games, books and some local maps and touristic info available for your enjoyment.

Kitchen: fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, full fridge, coffee maker and whatever else you could possibly need. The kitchen provides entry to the laundry room with in-house washer and dryer.
We provide coffee, organic sugar and a variety of teas.

Bedroom: features a king size bed with memory foam mattress, organic cotton/bamboo sheets and a variety of pillow types. Black-out curtains and blinds ensure you'll have the best night's sleep possible.

Bathroom: recently re-tiled bathroom with shower/bathtub, sink and toilet.

Outdoors space: you have your own patio right in front of your front door with chairs and side tables.

The house is situated in a safe, diverse and eclectic neighborhood bordering Culver City and its restaurants, bars and movie theater. The Culver City Art District has numerous galleries and murals.
We are within 20 or so minutes from Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, downtown Los Angeles, Venice Beach and other top destinations.
Public transportations are close by:
.5 miles (10 minutes walk) to the Exposition metro line which take you to Downtown Santa Monica and Downtown Los Angeles within 20 mn.
The bus stop is down the street- 2 minutes walk.
There is a wonderful hiking spot 10 minutes away that will make you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere right in the middle of the city with amazing view onto the Hollywood sign.

The Expo metro line (1/2 mile) can take you to Downtown Santa Monica and Downtown Los Angeles within 20 mn. Other destinations can be reach thru connections.
The bus stop is around the street corner.

There is a wonderful hiking spot 10 minutes away that will make you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere right in the middle of the city with amazing view onto the Hollywood sign.
