Our stylish but homely apartment with roof top solarium is available for rent & we hope you love it as much as we do! Having visited the area ourselves for over 10 years with friends and family we have fallen in love with everything it has to offer from the quaint 'Old-Town' to the bustling "strip" with the bars and restaurants to the beach with various beach bars and lovely stretches of sand with a warm clear sea to soak your stresses away. We have taken the time to create a gorgeous holiday apartment which feels like a home away from home, trying to ensure you have everything you need to hand so that you can relax & enjoy your time in Los Alcazares.

Before you travel we are available to offer advice or help, any way we can and our Key Holder will be your point of contact if you require any assistance once in Los Alcazares.

Our second floor apartment is located on the ‘El Divino’ gated community. The complex is quiet & the outdoor living areas offer spectacular views to the mountains & over the Mar Menor towards La Manga.

The grounds & 2 large swimming pool areas both including a childs pool and are constantly tended to and always colourful & immaculate. There are lots of areas, both grassed and paved around the pools to enjoy the Spanish sun.

As you walk into the apartment you are greeted with light, fresh, clean colours throughout and furnishing of a high standard offering comfortable, relaxing living spaces. We have complimentary high speed WIFI throughout. Regularly serviced air-conditioning units are installed in the living room and bedrooms in addition to ceiling fans. We would be grateful if you could be mindful of your usage of the air conditioning and heaters as this is included in the booking price and use the ceiling fans where possible which provide a natural cooling breeze.

The lounge area has two comfortable sofas to relax on, a flat screen TV with Apple TV attached to enable you to log into your own Apps. We have a cabinet under the TV with a DVD player and a choice of DVDs to watch at your leisure. We also have a CD player with various CD's to get you in the mood whilst getting ready for your first cocktail of the evening. Another cabinet holds many books for leisurely reads by the pool and a selection games.

To the left of the lounge is the open plan kitchen which includes a microwave, washing machine, hob & oven, toaster together with all the appliances/utensils you could possibly need.

Patio doors lead from the lounge onto a well presented covered, spacious balcony with a patio table ideal for breakfast or drinks while enjoying the views with the mountains in the distance. From here you can take the stairs to the very large roof solarium, this space is fantastic & offers panoramic views. There is a large awning (toldos) to offer shade from the sun, a beautiful dining table with 4 chairs and sun brolly plus 4 sun beds.

There is a small table and two chairs at the front of the property which is our little suntrap. Here you can enjoy the early rays of sunshine with your morning cup of coffee and breakfast.

The master double bedroom has a double sized bed, Juliette door opening on to the balcony to let the outside in (but no access), built in wardrobe with plenty of storage space & hangers, and two bedside tables with lamps.

The twin bedroom has a large window offering plenty of light, spacious built in wardrobes with plenty of storage space & hangers and a bedside table with lamp.

Both bathrooms in the property are modern & fully tiled with under sink storage, mirrors & showers. Bath & hand towels are provided for your use and of course you can use the washing machine if you wish to freshen these up throughout your stay.

On-road parking in front of the apartment is plentiful for visitors who wish to hire a car although not necessary. The beach is around a 10 minute walk and the strip can be reached in around 5 minutes. The apartment is easily accessed by taxi or private pick up from Murcia International Airport, approx 30 minutes journey or from Alicante Airport, approx 60 minutes. There are plenty of activities, golf courses, waterpark etc a short drive away.

Los Alcalzares is located directly on the shore of the Mar Menor which is a salt water lagoon separated by a twenty-two kilometre strip of land form the Mediterranean Sea known as La Manga. The beaches are beautiful with lots of areas where sunbeds can be purchased, sea activities such as water sports and water slides, or just the quieter areas to sunbathe or fish.

The strip has plenty to offer from pubs, restaurants, a few late opening bars, sports bars, ice cream/frozen yoghurt cafes, shops and supermarkets.

There are also more amenities away from the strip and around the areas, we promise there is lots of exploring to be done.

The old town is more traditional and again there are plenty of restaurants and bars, but also other places of interest like the town hall and church.

Los Alcalzares is mainly flat so is good for those not too strong on their feet or with young children. There is also a mobility scooter hire shop in the local area and a place to park the scooter at the bottom of the apartment which is sheltered.

Highly recommend everything about this property, from the easy booking process, great communication thoughout from Sharon, who goes above and beyond, and the easy checking in and out with Julie. This was our 4th stay on the El Divino complex, which never disappoints. It's in a great location, with everything within walking distance. The apartment is like home-from-home, and little touches like the shopping trolley and bags really make a difference. The roof terrace is lovely and has the sun all day.We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The apartment was so well equipped, home from home. Excellent balcanu and roof terrace, lovely views. Julie was fantastic from start, during and end of stay, communication with her was excellent and the apartment was so clean, paid at end of stay for cleaning 80 euros to Julie.

Great property, had everything you would need to enjoy a relaxing holiday. Loved the choice of pools in the complex and not far to the restaurants and beach. Had a fantastic holiday and will be returning.

On the whole a lovely apartment. Well presented and having front, back and rooftop seating areas offers us space to sit and enjoy the sun and peace. It would have been useful to have had 4 rooftop loungers but only 2 available and 2 beach sunbeds which we used when going to the beach but uncomfortable to lounge on for long periods.

Lovely and clean. Alot of steps so a bit off putting. Make sure u are fit luggy shopping etc. Loungers on roof need replacing as a bit shabby now. Need cushions. Overall nice apartment

We enjoyed our stay at Sharon’s apartment, location is great as close to all amenities like bars, restaurants and supermarkets as well as the beach. apartment was spotless and had everything you need and more. Great stay!

A super two bedroom, two bathroom apartment ideally equipped for a self-catering holiday. The solarium was fantastic - although we stayed out of season, we were very lucky with the weather and it was great to be able to nip up to the roof to make the most of it. The location was ideal - just a very short walk to “the strip” with many bars and restaurants. It is also possible to walk to the old town in 15-20 minutes if you prefer a more authentic Spanish experience. If needed the taxi rank is very close by. The host was very accommodating, nothing too much trouble.

Well equipped apartment with everything we needed including pool toys for a toddler. Lovely communal pool. Would have benefited from portable sun loungers to take to the pool but the camping chairs were adequate. Great having top quality air con and ceiling fans in each room and a plus having 2 bathrooms. The roof top terrace was lovely for lunch time dining. Great location to beach, restaurants and supermarkets. Good communication throughout. Would definitely stay again and recommend this property.

Great find and home from home. Communication was fantastic from the start. When we had a issue during our stay (kettle broke), it was replaced the next day. We would definately stay again. Also, for anyone worrying about airport transfers, we used suntransfers and would recommend.

This lovely, clean and well equipped apartment has everything needed for a perfect stay. Large rooftop area has good views and perfect for sunbathing. There is also a covered balcony which offered shade to sit and enjoy a meal and drinks. It is in a quiet complex with well maintained gardens and pools. There are several supermarkets and many excellent restaurants within a short walk. The beach promenade was also nearby and perfect for long walks. Hosts were very helpful and quick to respond to any queries we had. We hope to return next year and will recommend to friends and family.

We have just returned from holiday and would highly recommend staying here. it is a lovely clean apartment in excellent condition with everything you would need for self catering in a holiday home. Plenty outside space to enjoy the sun or sit at table and have lunch etc. Also great communication with local contact who met us with keys and responded very quickly to sort out any minor issues or questions we had. It is in a great location just 5 mins walk to a range of restaurants and bars and a nice stroll to the beach. Plenty supermarkets also within walking distance. A longer walk along the beautiful seafront will take you to Los Alcazares Old Town where we visited a few times and plenty places to enjoy a drink or lunch in more traditional Spanish cafes and restaurants.

We absolutely loved our stay in this apartment and Los Alcazares. The apartment is fully functional and comfy, we would defintly call it a home from home. It has everything you would need for self catering and a restful holiday. The owners have thought of everything from a little dolly trolly to help us to carry items to the beach or back from the store to tupperware tubs so that we could take pack ups when we ventured out. The apartment itself is spacious, clean and comfortable. The owners include free wi-fi and air con which was fantastic. The sofa was comfy so we were able to get comfy some nights watching tv. The solarium is large with sunbeds and table and chairs so we were able to lay up there and enjoy the sunshine. There is also a nice balcony which we sometimes sat there when the sun became a little hot, it is a nice area to each lunch. We also spent time around the communal pool which is very well kept, with plenty of space to sunbathe. We felt very safe and secure here as it is a gated community. We came as two adults but we thought our grandkids would love it here as there is children’s area in the pool and it is so safe. We also spent some time outside of the complex, the old town is a must do and not far to reach, we took the local bus which stops outside the complex but it can be walked to as well. We did walk to the strip most nights to eat and there are some lovely restaurants and bars. The beach is also really clean and lots of space. Not all packed in like some beaches. All in all we could not fault anything with our stay here and we are already looking into when we will be visiting again. Thank you for letting us stay, we had the best time
