"The front desk clerk at check-in worked with me sooooo well. I had not realized that there were no stairs within this particular location and there for did not request a first floor room. She took my mobility issues into consideration as well as the needs of my traveling companion (she is disabled) and found us a first-floor room. GREAT customer service. "The room was great and it was cheap, it was one of the only hotels that a 19 year old could book, the room was clean and the staff were very nice, the pool was warm and it felt like a $100+ a night hotel but it was $85 a night in downtown Bardstown, I would definitely go again and I recommend anyone staying in Bardstown to stay at this hotel, it’s right in downtown close to many restaurants."
