The holiday home in Lopar on the island of Rab is located idyllically in a green, quiet environment, only about 500 m from the sandy beach. The complex offers six apartments for 3-6 people, most of which are air-conditioned and some offer sea views. Each apartment has WiFi, satellite TV, a kitchen, its own bathroom and a furnished terrace or balcony. Pets are only allowed in one apartment, maximum one dog up to 15 kg.



The apartment comprises a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a living and dining area with a sofa bed, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. The private terrace is covered and equipped with a table, chairs, and a clothes horse. Parking spaces are available directly at the property.



Guests have access to a large garden with a sunbathing lawn, a garden terrace and barbecue facilities, as well as a communal washing machine. Bed linen and towels are included.



The environment offers numerous leisure activities: water sports, sailing, windsurfing, diving, snorkelling, parasailing, boat and bicycle rental, beach volleyball, tennis, fishing, sightseeing or excursions for dolphin watching. Restaurants, supermarkets, cafés and other infrastructure are conveniently accessible.



Included in the price are registration and deregistration fees, bedding, towels, electricity, water, internet (Wi-Fi), kitchen towels, and tourist tax. Additional costs will be incurred for final cleaning, air conditioning, pets, baby cot, and use of the communal washing machine.
