Hoteller i Longsleddale

"The reason I haven’t scored 5 is that Expedia sold us a room that had issues with noise / cooking smells as it’s above the kitchen and is noisey and smelly when the staff are cooking. We stayed in a room named Helvellyn and Expedia didn’t state any issues with any rooms. If we had booked direct with the queens head it details the room helvellyn as having issues with noise etc due to it’s proximity to the kitchen. I think Expedia have been misleading not detailing the facts about that particular...

"Skønt område, lækkert gym område, og dejlig pool."

"First of all: Perfect serviceminded personel. Welcomed at the reception, Great service at the bar and dinner as Well the mands. Very attentive staff! The hotel is placed in beautiful landscape on the border of The Lake District. Only to recommend. "

"On the whole there wasn't anything that we didn't like about our stay. We had a superior room which was very spacious. We couldn't fault the cleanliness of the room, bar/lounge area or the restaurant. The breakfast and dinner menus were v.good. Staff were pleasant and helpful. These are my honest accounts. My only regret is that we did not find the time to use the pool or sauna. However they do serve a lovely pale ale at the bar. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone."

"The property was was pretty much as expected, The room was clean and big. The issue we had was there did not seem to be sufficent sound deading between the rooms, as we could hear voices from other rooms. Could not hear what they were saying, but could near the noise. Luckily they went to bed about the same time we did and did not wake up before we did, but it not what we wanted or expected. It was in a very isolated location. That was not a problem for us, but something to be aware of. ...

"Met all our expectations, 10 years after our last stay. Perfect start to a long drive!"

"This is exactly how an English inn stay should be like. "

"We used the Hare & hounds as a stopover on our way home but will give serious consideration to returning to explore the Lakes from there"

"Very nice hotel..recommended"

"ウィンダミアに行くときは必ずここに泊まります。 今回は3泊しましたが、あいにく体調が完全では無く、ホテルでの夕食は1度しか食べられなかったのが残念です。 食事もスタッフの対応も、そして庭園も含めてゆったりと過ごせる隠れ家にしたい場所です。"

"We had cabin 1 and it was great. Hot tub, wood, everything was lovely and well thought out. Everything you need was there"

"Right by the water, great walks and views, and all you need right nearby"

"Perfekt beliggenhed, hyggeligt B&B, morgenmadsbuffet mangelfuld, bestillings morgenmad for begrænset, gode p-forhold"
